In association with the Russian State Circus Company and Moscow\u2019s Nikulin Circus, Australian producers Andrew Guild and Simon Bryce are bringing ZIRK! \u2013 Russia\u2019s Big Top Circus Spectacular<\/em> to Australia in 2019. <\/p>\n

The show combines the thrills and fun of a traditional circus with some edgier, surprising performances. <\/p>\n

Hold your breath watching the jaw-dropping \u2018Double, Double Giant Wheel\u2019. <\/p>\n

Marvel at the agility and precision of the \u2018Fast Track\u2019 Russian acrobats and gasp at the death-defying aerialists. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

There\u2019s also comedians, contortionists, jugglers, trampoline masters and more.<\/p>\n

Showcasing the best of Russia together with a collection of internationally celebrated circus stars from Cuba, Germany, Colombia, Australia, Canada, Mexico and the USA – many of the ZIRK!<\/em> stars have worked in the best circuses around the world. <\/p>\n

Which means they really know their stuff. So prepare to have them blow your socks off. <\/p>\n

\u201cWe wanted to create something that highlighted the best of Russia\u2019s 140-year circus traditions and marry those with the expectations of a 21st-century audience,\u201d producer Andrew Guild said. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s fast-paced, family friendly and includes some of the most electrifying acts you will see under the Big Top Chapiteau. For children it is a show they will never forget… even more so for adults!\u201d <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Big Top Chapiteau tour will commence on 14 June, 2019 in Canberra at Majura Park Showgrounds, followed by a Sydney season at The Showring, the Entertainment Quarter on 5 July 2019, with other cities to be announced soon. <\/p>\n
