She just couldn&#8217;t get up and she didn&#8217;t know why. font-size:14px; line-height:17px;\" datetime=\"2018-09-08T08:14:22+00:00\">Sep 8, 2018 at 1:14am PDT<\/time><\/p><\/blockquote> <script async defer src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script>&#13;\n\n<p>Emma said she had been feeling \u201c<em>really tired and run down<\/em>\u201d in mid-2017, but said she initially put off seeing a specialist adding,<em> \u201cI started to have <\/em><em>bleeding<\/em><em> every day.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The star finally saw a gynaecologist who discovered she had Stage 4 endometriosis, which is particularly severe.<\/p>\n<p>The disorder sees tissue that normally lines the uterus, growing outside the womb and can affect fertility.<\/p>\n<p>She underwent the operation in April and took six weeks off.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Fellow Wiggle Anthony Field revealed Emma has collapsed<em> \u201ctwo or three times\u201d<\/em> since June.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cI\u2019ve read people saying, \u2018Oh, it just sounds like she&#8217;s fine now, you know.\u2019 But the reality is not what she presents.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOn the last tour, she was on the ground. We were going to call an ambulance, she was in such pain. No-one knew, but Jesus, it was a bit of a shock.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Lachlan revealed how tough it was for Emma:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cShe&#8217;s found it tricky coming back and she&#8217;s had moments where she&#8217;ll do a particular move and it&#8217;ll just grab.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Emma added she tried to play down the severity of her pain:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cI really should start letting the boys [her band mates] know about how I feel. I don&#8217;t really think many people knew about it. Lachie and I still really wanted to work on our relationship, and work through some things together.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The pair had wanted to hold off announcing the split until the end of the year, but media outlets began contacting them after rumours of the split began spreading.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cIt was a mutual decision&#8230; I think there was a <\/em><em>realisation<\/em><em> that romantically, it just wasn&#8217;t going the way that our friendship was going.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>She also revealed she\u2019s been working non-stop since news of the split surfaced:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cI think being busy has been very helpful. Now it feels like a bit of a relief. Now it feels like we can still work on that relationship, and we are.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Lachlan also talked about the split:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cWe&#8217;re very different, Emma and I. I think I&#8217;m the more romantic one.
