It was surprising news when it was revealed last week that The Wiggles\u2019 stars Lachlan Gillespie and Emma Watkins had separated.<\/p>\n
Now an insider has reportedly told Who Magazine<\/em><\/a> that Lachy is struggling with the split and had been hoping he could save the marriage.<\/p>\n\n \u201cThings hadn’t been right between Em and Lachy for a while but he really thought they could work through it.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n \u201cLachy is devastated.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n The pair was married for two years, announcing their split on social media writing:<\/p>\n \u201cWe wanted to let you know that privately for the last six months we have been navigating through a trial separation, and we have made the decision to separate as a couple.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n They added:<\/p>\n \u201cWe have chosen a different path to travel in our personal lives, but please know that we are stronger than ever.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
