Home And Away<\/em> beauty Ada Nicodemou, 41, has shown off her amazing fitness transformation with a bikini photo shoot for Who<\/em> magazine.<\/p>\n

The actor and mum recently embarked on an eight-week fitness challenge with boyfriend Adam Rigby – and the results speak for themselves!<\/p>\n

Ada told Who<\/em><\/a> she had noticed \u201ca real shift\u201d in her body following the program, which saw her lose five kilograms – a big change for her petite 1.55m frame.<\/p>\n

\u201cLife is really good at the moment. I’m feeling really happy.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve noticed a real shift in my body. My waist is smaller, my legs and arms have more shape and my booty has lifted – which was one of my goals.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n
