Kate Middleton and Prince William\u2019s third baby Prince Louis is set to be christened on July 9, 2018 and many are wondering if they will be choosing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as the boy\u2019s godparents.<\/p>\n

However, People<\/em><\/a> reports it\u2019s very unlikely to be the case with a spokesperson for British bookmakers Ladbrokes telling the publication: <\/p>\n

“As with George and Charlotte, [William and Kate] chose close and trusted friends and aides, rather than immediate family members, and the odds suggest that will be the same with little Prince Louis.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

The publication also added that Prince Harry isn\u2019t the godfather to any of his brother\u2019s children so it\u2019s unlikely the Duke and Duchess of Sussex would be asked.<\/p>\n

Ladbrokes also said:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe favorites include William and Harry\u2019s former assistant and nanny Tiggy Pettifer… and William\u2019s outgoing private secretary Miguel Head. Head is William\u2019s most trusted employee, which was evident in the warm comments he made when Head announced he was leaving the palace.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The baptism is set to take place at the Chapel Royal of St. James\u2019 Palace in London \u2013 the same place Meghan was secretly baptised before the Royal Wedding.<\/p>\n
