Boy George and Kelly Rowland are getting torn apart by a controversial contestant on The Voice<\/em>. Sam Perry is a vocal loop artist and had all four judges begging him to choose them as his coach earlier on in the season, but he chose to join Team Kelly.<\/p>\n

Ever since then, Boy George has questioned whether or not Sam even belongs in the competition because he doesn’t rely solely on his voice when he’s using a loop machine. <\/p>\n\n

On Monday night, Sam went up against Emily Green and Madi Krstevski, fellow Team Kelly members, and the Destiny’s Child singer was only able to choose one singer to continue in the competition. <\/p>\n

Before Kelly could announce who would be going through to the next round, Boy George again questioned whether Sam should be in the running. He told Sam:<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a really controversial knockout because … you\u2019re a bit of a red sock in a <\/em>white wash<\/em>.”<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cThis is called The Voice and you\u2019re not really a singer. I do think you\u2019re going to divide the nation because there\u2019s a lot of big singers getting sent home and what you\u2019re doing is kind of another area.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Kelly hit back:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe show is called The Voice, everything that he was able to do on that pedestal, I wish I could do.”<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cGeorge, you are a DJ, you know this like the back of your hand.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

George argued that because he’s a DJ he knew that what Sam was doing was DJ-ing and not singing. Kelly told him Sam was “still using his voice”, <\/em>and that Boy George was “intimidated” <\/em>by the performance.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not intimidated… I love what you do, Sam, I think you\u2019re awesome … but if there\u2019s an elephant in the corner playing the banjo I\u2019m going to mention it, OK?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

He then told Kelly, “You’re arguing with yourself!” <\/em>Kelly then hit back:<\/p>\n

\u201cI am not arguing with myself, I am arguing with the Queen of England.”<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n
