Leonie could see me spiralling. She told me I wasn&#8217;t the guy she knew.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Barry was first diagnosed with plasmacytoma myeloma in 2010. He then revealed his second cancer diagnosis in October last year while on <em>The Living Room<\/em>. The disease attacks bone marrow and his case, the upper veterbrae in his spine.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>&#8220;Hello friends,\u201d he wrote on Instagram.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI am sure my announcement on The Living Room tonight that my cancer has returned was a shock for many of you. After living six years in remission, it was a shock for my family and I too.&nbsp; <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The Living Room means more to me than most things on Earth, and it means an incredible amount to be loved by so many people.&nbsp;Thank you so much for all your love and support. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>It means the world to me. I am going into this battle with the love, support and encouragement of my friends and family, and all of you.
