After almost nine years of marriage, Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan broke our hearts and told us they had split up. <\/p>\n

It didn\u2019t take long for rumours to begin swirling about what could have caused the breakup, some including Channing\u2019s drinking problem and the fact he likes to go out a lot and flirts with other women.<\/p>\n\n

Jenna broke her silence earlier this week, telling Daily Mail<\/em><\/a>:<\/p>\n

“Happy to clarify that absolutely none of these rumors are true. The reason our statement was so positive [was] because that\u2019s the reality of the situation.” <\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Now, a rep for Channing has spoken to E! News<\/em><\/a> addressing rumours head on:<\/p>\n

\u201cThe media is fabricating stories and none of these accusations are remotely true … Channing and Jenna released an honest and loving statement which is the only truth.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

A source also spoke to the publication and said:<\/p>\n

\u201cThese are not issues, this is fiction. We understand that everyone is super interested in speculating on their private life and that there are people who think they have an idea of the inner life of this relationship, but it’s simply not the case … They are lovingly deciding to continue their lives together as friends and parents of Everly because that’s how their relationship has grown.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

\"Channing<\/p>\n

It\u2019s being reported that Tatum moved out of the couple\u2019s home a few months ago with a source telling People<\/em><\/a> magazine:<\/p>\n

\u201cThis has been a long time coming. Like any marriage, they\u2019ve had their ups and downs over the years but they really started to grow apart within the last year.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

In February, Jenna gave an interview with Health<\/em><\/a> magazine, making it clear that she and Channing aren\u2019t perfect:<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen people say you guys have such a perfect life, I want to scream and tell them no one\u2019s perfect. I think there are such things as great fits. It is a great fit as long as you are growing together, and I think up until this point we\u2019ve really grown together. Even if one starts to grow, the other catches up and vice versa.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
