No one was criminally charged in his death, and authorities believe it was likely Prince didn’t know he was taking the synthetic opioid, said to be 50 times more powerful than heroin. \n\nThe source of the counterfeit pills that killed him remains unknown.\n\nLitigation continues to determine the value of Prince\u2019s estate, estimated to be worth around $200 million.\n\nRepresentatives for the late star’s family have declined to comment on the news, or the apparent settlements.\n\nImage: Jim Prisching<\/em>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
