Ah Bunnings Warehouse. The place we can always count on for a saucy snag, whacky DIY material, and our Dad to get lost in for exactly 1.5 hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You know what else Bunnings is good for? Helping us achieve the gorgeous\u00a0plant<\/a>\u00a0aesthetic in our apartment. Sadly for us (and every other plant parent) we suck at keeping our plant babies alive. We forget to water them for a day then suddenly a month has gone by and they\u2019re not doing so well.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But Bunnings, bless them, has a fix for that too. The retailer lets customers return dead plants as part of their \u201cperfect plant promise.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The policy is news to us, but it\u2019s actually been around for a while.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the \u201cperfect plant promise\u201d, shoppers can return their dead plants within 12-months of buying them for a full refund or replacement. All plants (not seedlings) which die in the first year are included. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAll our plants (except seedlings) are guaranteed for 12 months. If you\u2019re not 100% happy, return your plant (with receipt or tax invoice) and we\u2019ll refund it,\u201d the\u00a0website<\/a> reads.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like all refunds, the plant must be examined by a Bunnings employee before being returned. To make sure no silly business is going on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The refunds are given on a case-by-case basis which means there\u2019s no limit to how many times you can neglect your plants and swap them for a new one. Great news if your green thumb isn\u2019t so green. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, if you\u2019ll excuse us, we\u2019re going to go to Bunnings Warehouse to buy those fiddle leaf figs we\u2019ve always been too scared to commit to. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
