In case you missed it, Pete Evans&#8217; most recent claim was that a $15,000 BioCharger device could treat coronavirus.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rather than waste more space and time on that nonsense here, you can check it out in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.novafm.com.au\/entertainment\/celebrity\/pete-evans-has-claimed-that-a-15000-biocharger-can-cure-coronavirus\/\">this other article.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moving on: Pete Evans has been slapped with a $25,2000 fine from the Therapeutic Goods Administration who has been investigating Pete\u2019s claims regarding the BioCharger and coronavirus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cMr Evans allegedly live-streamed on his Facebook page, which has more than 1.4 million followers, claims that the device could be used in relation to \u2018Wuhan coronavirus\u2019 \u2013 claim which has no apparent foundation, and which the TGA takes extremely seriously,\u201d the Therapeutic Goods Administration said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tga.gov.au\/media-release\/pete-evans-company-fined-alleged-covid-19-advertising-breaches\">statement<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>As well as spruiking the BioCharger in a social media video, the device was also being sold on <a href=\"https:\/\/peteevans.com\/\">his website<\/a> store. This double-doody landed Pete a double-fine: in addition to a fine for the claims he made in a live streamed video, Pete copped a secondary notice for advertising breaches on his website.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All-in-all, Evans\u2019 fines totalled a whopping $25,200.
