It also gives us an opportunity to look forward at what is possible and keep progressing.&nbsp;<br> <br>The theme for 2020,&nbsp;<strong><em>Nurses: A Voice to Lead \u2013 Nursing the World to Health<\/em><\/strong>, demonstrates how nurses are central to addressing a wide range of health challenges, raising the profile of the profession, to attract a new generation into the nursing family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All around the world, nurses are working tirelessly to provide the care and attention people need, whenever and wherever they need it. This International Nurses Day, we thank them for their invaluable contribution to health worldwide, in truly challenging times.
