NW Magazine<\/em><\/a> is reporting that former Bachelorette<\/em> star Sophie Monk has “her sights set<\/em>” on Shane Warne after splitting from boyfriend Stu <\/a>Laundy<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A source has apparently told the magazine the pair has “insane” <\/em>chemistry and the former cricketer is apparently “obsessed”<\/em> with Sophie after watching her season of the dating show. <\/p>\n\n

\u201cThey’re actually perfect for each other – and the chemistry is insane.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cSophie has always said she’d love a good Aussie bloke, and with Shane recently becoming single, too, the timing seems too good to be true… it’s like fate!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The source adds that Shane thinks Sophie’s “gorgeous and hilarious”<\/em> and has “always had a thing for Soph.”<\/em><\/p>\n

However, it seems Soph’s friends aren’t too keen on the whole thing because they don’t want her to make the “same mistakes<\/em>” with men. <\/p>\n

Speaking with Daily Mail<\/em><\/a>,  Sophie’s manager said there was “zero truth<\/i>” to the rumours and that “Sophie is happy to be on her own for a bit I think.” <\/em>Shane’s rep has yet to comment on the story.<\/p>\n

The pair has previously been spotted together in 2014, but Sophie denies anything romantic happened between them. <\/p>\n

The former singer announced her split with Stu two weeks ago \u2013 though it was rumoured the pair split a long time before then \u2013 sharing a statement on Instagram. Stu later admitted he found out about their split <\/a>after seeing that post.<\/p>\n\n
