You\u2019re in luck \u2018cause we have a Mike Perso approved meal that\u2019s super tasty (and easy to make).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mike from <em>The More Music Breakfast Show with Mike Perso and Jennifer Hansen<\/em> stumbled across Nagi&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recipetineats.com\/truly-golden-crunchy-baked-chicken-tenders-less-mess\/\"><em>Recipe Tin Eats, <\/em>Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Tenders <\/a>and tried it out over the weekend. As expected, it was a total success!<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out this stellar dish from<a href=\"https:\/\/www.recipetineats.com\/truly-golden-crunchy-baked-chicken-tenders-less-mess\/\"> <em>Recipe Tin Eats<\/em><\/a><em> <\/em>below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>For breadcrumbs:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 \u00bd cups panko breadcrumbs<\/li><li>Oil spray<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>For batter<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 egg<\/li><li>1 tbsp mayonnaise<\/li><li>1 \u00bd tbsp dijon mustard (or other mustard)<\/li><li>2 tbsp flour<\/li><li>\u00bd tsp salt<\/li><li>Black pepper<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>For chicken:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>500g chicken tenderloins<\/li><li>Oil spray<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/embed-podcast\/show\/7atRdaOsvf4N7bZxMQxgrn\" width=\"100%\" height=\"232\" frameborder=\"0\" allowtransparency=\"true\" allow=\"encrypted-media\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Preheat the oven to 200C.<\/li><li>Spread panko on a baking tray, spray with oil (spray vertically to avoid blowing the panko off the tray), then bake for 3 to 5 minutes until light golden. Transfer to a bowl.<\/li><li>Place a rack on a baking tray (not critical but bakes more evenly).<\/li><li>Place the batter ingredients in a bowl and whisk with a fork until combined.<\/li><li>Add the chicken into the batter and toss to coat.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Crumbing Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pick up chicken with tongs and place it into the panko bowl.<\/li><li>Sprinkle the surface with breadcrumbs, then press down to adhere. Transfer onto a baking tray. Marvel at clean fingers, repeat with remaining chicken.<\/li><li>Spray lightly with oil, sprinkle with a touch of salt (optional). Bake for 15 minutes (if it\u2019s a medium piece of chicken) or up to 20 minutes if gigantic.
