Christmas<\/a> decorations can be pretty expensive, which is great for our Chrissy tree but not so good for our credit cards.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luckily for us and our wallets, there\u2019s a Kmart hack doing the rounds, transforming thy humble $2 pool noodle<\/a> – yes, pool noodle.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The clever ladies at the Kmart Home Decor & Hacks Australia Facebook group have transformed the Kmart pool noodles into festive centrepieces that look like they\u2019re worth three figures, if we do say so ourselves.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Impressive huh? So, how do you turn a foam pool noodle into a wow-worthy Christmas decoration? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using the Kmart pool noodle as a base, cut it in half lengthways so you end up with two semi-circular half noodles (think, Subway sandwich). Sit the flat, \u2018open\u2019 side on the table and wrap the noodle in tinsel, baubles, snow spray, fairy lights – whatever you fancy.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can attach decorations using a trusty hot glue gun or, alternatively, spike things directly into the foam.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
