All thanks to recipe creator, Nagi!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s everything you need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250g fettuccine<\/li><li>2tbsp butter, seperated<\/li><li>300g raw small peeled prawns<\/li><li>3 garlic cloves, minced<\/li><li>\u00bc cup dry white wine.<\/li><li>1 cup heavy\/ thickened cream<\/li><li>\u00bd cup chicken broth<\/li><li>50g finely and freshly grated parmesan cheese<\/li><li>2tbsp finely chopped parsley<\/li><li>Black pepper<\/li><li>Parmesan, for serving.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bring to boil a large pot of water.<\/li><li>Add pasta and cook per packet MINUS 1 minute (yes, you have to trust Nagi on this one).<\/li><li>Just before draining, scoop out 1 cup of pasta cooking water and set aside.<\/li><li>Drain pasta.<\/li><li>Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large non stick fry pan over medium high heat. Add prawns and cook for 1 \u00bd minutes on each side until just cooked through, remove prawns.<\/li><li>In the same fry pan, add 1 tbsp butter. Once melted, add garlic. Stir for 20 seconds until fragrant.<\/li><li>Add wine and stir. Simmer for 2 minutes until wine mostly reduces.<\/li><li>Add cream, broth and parmesan. Stir until the parmesan is melted, then leave to simmer for 1 \u00bd minutes until it thickens slightly.<\/li><li>Add prawns, stir then add pasta plus about \u00bc cup of reserved pasta water.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Toss pasta (still on stove) and the sauce will thicken in about 30-45 seconds and start clinging to the pasta.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Take it off the stove before the sauce is as thick as you want &#8211; it will thicken more.<\/li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Sprinkle with most of the parsley and black pepper, add salt if you like.<\/li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;Toss again until the sauce consistency is to your taste. Add a tiny splash of water if it gets too gluggy.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Serve immediately, garnished with remaining parsley and parmesan if desired.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p
