All this to say: it\u2019s flipping good.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And you only need seven ingredients.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Want the recipe? Check it out below.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Base\/crust:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">350g Digestive biscuits, crushed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">160g unsalted butter, melted<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">32 KitKat fingers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cheesecake:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">500g cream cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">120g icing sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">480ml double cream, cold<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Topping:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100ml double cream, hot<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100g dark chocolate\/choc chips<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6 KitKat fingers, crushed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Method&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Arrange 32 KitKat fingers around the sides of a cake tin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Crush Digestive biscuits until they resemble fine crumbs. Pour crumbs into the tin, inside the KitKat shell, and use the back of a metal spoon to press mixture into the base of the tin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Next, add cream cheese and icing sugar to a bowl and whisk until smooth.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Pour double cream into mixture, and whisk again until smooth and thick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Pour&nbsp; mixture over the base, and use a spoon to smooth over. Place the dessert in the fridge for up to five hours to allow the cheesecake to set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. To make the chocolate ganache, add double cream and melted dark chocolate to a bowl and combine until smooth.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Once cheesecake is set, pour ganache over the top, and use the back of a clean metal spoon to smooth over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. To finish off, top the cheesecake with crushed KitKats, then refrigerate for a further two hours before serving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Take a spoon and eat straight from the cake tray.
