Individuals who have lost between 8-20 hours of work will be eligible for payments of $375.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The COVID-19 Disaster Payment will now be made available to anyone in NSW who has lost more than 8 hours, or a full day\u2019s work, and it will be increased to up to $600pw from week four of any extended lockdown. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/s5BrqDHVDn\">pic.twitter.com\/s5BrqDHVDn<\/a><\/p>\u2014 Scott Morrison (@ScottMorrisonMP) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ScottMorrisonMP\/status\/1414823384874045440?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 13, 2021<\/a><\/blockquote> <script async=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scott Morrison also announced new financial support for small and medium businesses&nbsp;with a turnover of between $75,000 and $50m, that have had a 30% decline in turnover. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If eligible, sole traders can receive up to $1000. Other businesses can receive from $1500 to $10,000 per week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The cost will be split 50\/50 with the NSW Government, and apply to businesses with a turnover of between $75,000 and $50m, that have had a 30% decline in turnover.
