Easy and damn tasty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So why not join us? It is World Pasta Day after all. Plus, we&#8217;ve got one heck of a good Italian salsiccia (sausage) recipe to kick things off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here&#8217;s how to make fettuccine with salsiccia, garlic and chilli oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approx. 300g Fettuccine &#8211; we used the <a aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.philips.com.au\/c-e\/ho\/cooking\/pasta-maker.html?origin=7_700000002282589_71700000085159138_58700007235140513_43700064922081493&amp;gclid=CjwKCAjw_L6LBhBbEiwA4c46ujCTdXj5h1LO1M-MOEKBMMt87A71jg8_udr45az0Ec7inoJGRPT9xBoCzZwQAvD_BwE&amp;gclsrc=aw.ds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Philips Fresh Pasta and Noodle Maker<\/a> for minimal kneading workout, maximum pasta efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sauce<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 3-4 salsiccia sausages, sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 \u00bd clove of garlic, crushed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 200g zucchini, chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Juice of one lemon, lemon zest<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Fry the chopped salsiccia in a pan on medium heat. Don\u2019t add any additional oil as you can use the fat of the sausage to cook it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Add the garlic and sweat this in the pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Now add the <meta charset=\"utf-8\">zucchini and heat them up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Add lemon juice to the sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix in lemon zest to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.
