Philips Kitchen Ambassador and Chef <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/d_elleicious\/\">Elle Vernon<\/a> has gifted us with a new &#8211; and quicker &#8211; way to cook our beloved <a href=\"https:\/\/cms.smooth.com.au\/lifestyle\/macadamia-crusted-christmas-ham\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Christmas ham<\/a> and yes, it involves our trusted companion the <a href=\"https:\/\/cms.smooth.com.au\/lifestyle\/food-drink\/this-air-fryer-cheats-potato-bake-has-changed-the-game-forever\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"undefined (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">air fryer<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gone are the days of waiting &#8211; and drooling &#8211; in front of the oven, \u2018cause Elle\u2019s Cherry and Rosemary Glazed Ham takes only 35 minutes to prepare and cook which is music to our ears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keen to try this Cherry and Rosemary Ham yourself? Here\u2019s the recipe \u2013 which serves 6 to 8 people \u2013 in case you were wondering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00bd cup cherry conserve<\/li><li>\u00bc cup brown sugar<\/li><li>2 teaspoon Dijon mustard<\/li><li>2 rosemary sprigs<\/li><li>1.2-1.5kg piece boneless smoked leg ham, twine and\/or netting removed&nbsp;<\/li><li>Rosemary, bay leaves and cherries, to garnish&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Combine conserve, sugar, mustard and rosemary in a small saucepan.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Cook, stirring occasionally over high heat for 5 minutes until bubbly and slightly thickened. Carefully pour into a heatproof bowl. (You can make this the day before, cover it, and leave it at room temperature.)<\/li><li>Place ham on a piece of baking paper and brush with a little of the glaze.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Carefully transfer ham to the airfryer.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Set temperature to 180C and time to 10 minutes.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Baste with a little more glaze, and set the time for a further 10 minutes.<\/li><li>Transfer ham to a serving platter.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Garnish with cherries, bay leaves and extra rosemary sprigs.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Serve with remaining glaze on the side to add as desired.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Image: Supplied<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Christmas cooking just got a whole lot easier, folks.
