In case you missed it, Sydney Theatre Company announced the arrival of a brand-new Australian musical Whispering Jack: The John Farnham Musical.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And now they\u2019ve revealed who will star as the man – the icon – John Farnham<\/a> himself: songwriter and music producer Michael Paynter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paynter is no stranger to the spotlight, having spent two decades collaborating and performing with the likes of John Farnham, Tina Arena<\/a>, Delta Goodrem<\/a>, Casey Barnes<\/a>, Robbie Williams <\/a>and Jimmy Barnes<\/a>, just to name a few.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, what can you expect from the production? Whispering Jack: The John Farnham Musical is set to bring the musician\u2019s life, mischief and music genius to the stage, while also celebrating his kindness, generosity and the journey that made Farnham a household name and national treasure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
